Salinas Valley Solid Waste Authority Authorizes Environmental Review

The Salinas Valley Solid Waste Authority Board of Director’s has made the decision to begin an environmental study and review process of Plasco’s technology. The study and the resulting Environmental Impact Report will be completed by Environmental Science Associates in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).  Public participation will be encouraged during upcoming meetings to receive questions and concerns to be addressed in the Report.
