Jason Carter
Current Position: Assistant Operator
Over the past 2 ½ years, I’ve had the benefit of working with some very intelligent and hard working individuals who have helped me advance quickly from a Material Handler to an Auxiliary Operator and then to my current position as Assistant Operator at Plasco Trail Road. I take full advantage of the wide range of on-site training Plasco offers and the various opportunities to get involved with different kinds of work. The maintenance staff are always looking for an eager helper or to utilize a skill that was acquired from a previous position such as welding, or in my case operating heavy equipment. I enjoy learning how to efficiently operate the plant and knowing that I’m helping to grow a new technology that will go a long way to reducing the landfills here locally and around the world.
Erin Stearns
Current Position: Manager, Sales Operations
I have been working at Plasco since May 2008. As Plasco has evolved, my role has grown within the organization and I have recently taken on the role Manager, Sales Operations. This position helps prepare the company for future growth as I act as the interface between various departments, building internal processes, back-end structure and budgets. I also oversee and manage the process for development of proposals – working with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Operations and Corporate Development to create a formal response for strategic regions all over the world. I enjoy working within emerging markets and innovative technologies for the opportunity to contribute to something that’s never been done before.
Mary Reklitis
Current Position: Executive Assistant
I started working for Plasco in 2005, when the company had only 5 employees in the office and a small group of engineers. Within a year and half, handfuls of people were being hired each week. It was very exciting to see the company grow so quickly. The people here are what I enjoy most. Everyone is so passionate and dedicated to what they do – it is very inspiring. I am happy to be a part of this amazing team.
